Minimalist Anime Witch Avatar

A minimalist, flat-design anime avatar of a cute witch peeking up from the bottom edge of the frame against a solid black background. The character has soft lavender-purple hair with jagged bangs and large, simple oval eyes in a darker purple shade without pupils or highlights. She wears a classic pointed witch hat in medium purple, featuring a white band around the base and a small yellow five-pointed star on the right side of the band. Her cheeks have round pink blush spots. The style is clean vector art with smooth curves, no outlines, and a limited pastel color palette.
