Frappuccinos read as their standard store recipe (grande, whipped cream included), anchored to the live product pages — Coffee, Mocha and Java Chip join once re-verified against the current recipe.

How the calculator works

Pick a drink, then adjust size, milk, extra espresso shots, syrup pumps and whipped cream. The result reads a drink matrix built from Starbucks' official nutrition information — the same numbers printed on starbucks.com — cross-checked against the live product pages in November 2026.

Matrix values are exact. Three things are estimates: oatmilk and almondmilk (the official nutrition PDF predates their menu-wide rollout), syrup pumps and extra shots beyond the official per-shot value. Estimates are flagged in the result, and the calorie math stays conservative.

Sizes follow Starbucks' cup system: Short 8 oz, Tall 12 oz, Grande 16 oz, Venti 20 oz, Trenta 30 oz. Iced drinks skip the Short; espresso drinks can add shots one at a time at 5 calories each.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is this Starbucks calorie calculator?

The drink matrix comes from Starbucks' official nutrition information, and the default configurations were cross-checked against starbucks.com product pages in November 2026 (a grande 2% Caffè Latte is 190 calories in both). Size, milk and whipped cream combinations read the official matrix directly. Oatmilk, almondmilk, syrup pumps and extra shots are clearly-flagged estimates built from Starbucks' published per-option values.

Why is there no oatmilk / almondmilk in the official numbers?

Starbucks' nutrition information PDF predates the menu-wide rollout of those milks, so the official per-drink tables list 2%, whole, nonfat, soy and coconut. The calculator offers oat and almond as estimates anchored to the official 2% values, flagged in the result.

Why do the Frappuccinos only show one size and milk?

Frappuccino recipes changed after the official nutrition dataset this calculator builds on, so their numbers enter one drink at a time, anchored to the live starbucks.com pages. Caramel (380 calories) and Vanilla Bean Crème (380) are in as the standard store recipe at grande; Coffee, Mocha and Java Chip follow once re-verified.

How many calories are in a grande latte?

190 calories with 2% milk — 130 with nonfat, 230 with whole, 150 with soy, 140 with coconut. Use the calculator above to see every size and milk combination.

How many calories does whipped cream add?

From the official matrix: 60-80 calories at Short, 70 at Tall, 80 at Grande or Venti for the drinks where it is offered. On Frappuccinos the official values run 100-140 calories, which is one reason they are not in the calculator yet.

How many calories in a pump of syrup?

About 20 calories per pump for classic sugared syrups, roughly 5 g of sugar each; sugar-free syrups add nothing. Pumps are the estimate zone, so treat them as approximations, and remember stores default to fewer pumps in smaller cups.
